ABOUT Aaron
Aaron Nesmith was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He had an amazing high school career at Porter-Gaud School and was the South Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year in 2017. Following high school Aaron played at Vanderbilt University for two years where he was nationally ranked number one for 3 point percentage his sophomore year. In 2020 Aaron was the 14th overall pick in the NBA draft by the Boston Celtics.
The first annual Aaron Nesmith Sharpshooter Basketball Camp is a youth basketball camp in Aaron’s hometown of Charleston, SC. The goal of the camp is provide boys and girls (ages 7-16) a fun camp experience and learn the fundamentals of basketball. All campers receive lunch, beverages, and prizes from corporate sponsors such as New Balance and the Boston Celtics and a chance to win game worn shoes from Aaron.
